We’re looking for a talented Senior Recruiter to join our team to help our rapidly growing company. We need a seasoned professional with tech company experience to handle full life cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization. This position is based out of our San Francisco office.
What you’ll do
- Help to build the Duetto team by bringing smart people on board across the business.
- Work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create a recruitment strategy tailored to their specific requisitions.
- Assist in creating job descriptions.
- Source candidates (active and passive) and develop a strong pipeline.
- Work to fill roles across all departments and locations, including the US, EMEA and APAC.
- Interview candidates in person, by telephone and/or video to assess their qualifications.
- Creatively source candidates and think outside of the box.
- Usher candidates through our interview process, build relationships with them and successfully sell the opportunity.
- Work closely with others on the People Ops team to ensure that all logistics are handled relating to interviews.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree in a related field.
- 5 years experience working as a recruiter.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment - from sourcing to closing candidates.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS.
- Proficient with G-suite programs.
- Comfortable dealing with sensitive information in a discreet manner.
- Self starter that works well independently, as well as in a team setting.
- Enjoy networking and relationship building.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of market trends relating to hiring in the Bay Area.
- Startup experience a plus.
