Quantcast is hiring a Senior Business Recruiter to work on the Talent Acquisition team.

As a Senior Business Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to partner with our across many organizations including: Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc and across a variety of levels, to source and hire top talent. The right candidate will be passionate about providing the best possible candidate experience and advocating for Quantcast as candidates are guided through our hiring process.

What you'll do:

• Source and hire candidates for all types of positions across different levels of seniority
• Collaborate with hiring teams, target their networks, and facilitate effective outreach strategies
• Develop a keen understanding of hiring manager positions/needs, and serve as a trusted advisor for their recruitment strategy, while maintaining a highly talented candidate pool
• Interview candidates and manage their experience throughout the hiring process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and close
• Work with our compensation team on all salary negotiations

What you already have:

• 7+ years’ full cycle recruiting experience for internet or start-up companies
• Demonstrable ability to partner with hiring managers
• Proven success hiring passive talent - including sourcing and multi-touch outreach
• Excellent interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Professionalism and ability to interact with all levels in the office
• Great teammate with a sense of urgency, persistence, creativity, and resourcefulness

Recognizing the importance of flexible work environments, Quantcast has adopted a hybrid work model. The model gives employees the opportunity to work from home two days a week and work in the office for team collaboration for the remainder of the time. The effectiveness of the implementation may differ based on location or team, so please consult with your manager for further information. Through at least the end of 2021, we are providing additional flexibility, including relaxing the in-office schedule and offering flexibility around the number of days and which day one is required to be in the office.
