Gladly is growing and expanding our GTM team. To fulfill this need, we're seeking a dynamic Go-to-Market Contract Recruiter to drive and own all Sales and Marketing hiring activities in San Francisco and Boston. We are growing our team aggressively so you'll be working full-cycle -- supporting our hiring teams with sourcing, screening, process management, and ensuring the best candidate experience from application through closing.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with hiring managers and teams in all phases of the hiring process.
  • Run full-cycle recruiting process across multiple open reqs.
  • Create job-specific hiring strategies to source creatively, engage and close A-level candidates.
  • Source new candidates and manage the current candidate pipeline, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Create the perfect candidate experience from initial outreach to a memorable first day, and everything in-between.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record - ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.  Experience in Sales & Marketing fields is a plus.
  • Very strong people and relationship-building skills, paired with excellent written communication chops.
  • A strong sense of ownership, including the ability to lead projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to context-switch and multi-task without losing attention to detail.
  • Hunter/Sourcer mentality and the ability to attract top-drawer, passive talent.
  • Strong metrics and data-driven orientation.
  • Greenhouse experience a plus.
