We partner closely with our hiring managers to figure out creative solutions to one of the hardest problems in tech - how to build a world-class team in one of the most competitive hiring markets to date. 

What you’ll do:

As the Recruiting Operations Manager, you will support the priorities of the entire Recruiting team, including Recruiters, Coordinators and Leaders. The Recruiting Operations Manager will keep the Recruiting team up to date with recruiting best practices and continuously drive the team towards operating a best in class talent acquisition function.

This is a cross functional role that sits on the Recruiting leadership team, and requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create strong relationships across the entire organization.

Process Excellence, Vendor Management, & Resource Optimization

  • Streamline and update Global Recruiting Workflows along with Recruiters & Recruiting Managers
  • Create, regularly update, streamline, and distribute internal process documents for Global Recruiting related workflows
  • Partner with HR team to manage Onboarding program and communications
  • Recruiting tools set up for all users and usage report generation and analysis; recruiting resources include, but are not limited to: Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, TalentWall, Interview Schedule, etc.
  • Implement technology and process improvements across the global recruiting organization
  • Execute on future vision for building an end to end hiring experience 
  • Contribute to global recruiting strategy as related to technology, tools, workflows, and data delivery
  • Serve as a SME point of contact for the Recruiting team - providing expertise to empower them to do their jobs successfully
  • Ensure global compliance for all recruiting systems, tools and processes, and standing up audit processes and reporting for hiring activity and providing ad hoc reporting, global scorecarding

Data Insights/Talent Analytics

  • Develop talent analytics roadmap to provide operational reporting, dashboards, scorecards and data insights
  • Provide weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting on Recruiting Metrics including, but not limited to sourcing, interviewing activity, tracking towards quarterly hiring goals, and candidate experience
  • Run client experience survey program for candidate and hiring manager feedback, providing regular insights and recommendations to recruiting leadership
  • Build a recruiting capacity / demand model and reporting cadence based on historic data to drive predictability and create connectivity within the business

You’re a great fit if you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years’ of experience
  • 5-7 years of experience working in Recruiting; preferably with 1-2 years of specific experience in Recruiting Operations
  • Outstanding analytical skills, comfortable working with data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investments
  • The ability to work cross functionally with teams to uncover, define and document business processes and align them to system processes
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to research issues, make evaluations on problems and recommend viable solutions
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to deal well with ambiguity
  • A team player mentality with a humble and positive attitude
