The majority of the Recruiting team is based in San Francisco, CA (our headquarters) and we have a growing Recruiting team in Phoenix, AZ as well as Recruiters in Chicago, New York and Nebraska.About the Role
Our Analytics Recruiter will play an essential part in supporting our growing Analytics team by partnering directly with our VP of Analytics and IC analysts. - Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to hire top analysts and data scientists across multiple teams, ranging from individual contributors to managers and directors
- Engage active and passive talent through resume screening, outbound sourcing, networking, referrals, events, etc.
- Oversee the full candidate process and relationship from outreach to offer
- Use data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing and closing strategies
- Help create and maintain a world-class candidate experience
- You have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on analytics or data science
- You’re metrics driven - you use data to help guide your decisions
