The RealReal (TRR) is looking for a Senior Technical recruiter to support our engineering, data and IT teams. Our organization is building best in class technologies to support our consignors and buyers as well as building enterprise tools that automate and scale the mechanics of our business. • Foster effective partnerships with the business to identify, build, and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and the brightest technical talent
• Use your deep understanding of the technical talent landscape to unlock talent pipeline 
• Develop and deploy novel sourcing and recruiting strategies 
• Serve as a mentor on the recruiting team, training and showcasing effective recruitment methodologies
• Proactively use data and pipeline information to facilitate effective recruiting and hiring discussions
• Understand and influence the implementation and configuration of recruiting tools and platforms
• Share your voice in building our employee value proposition
• Measure performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in technical sourcing and recruiting strategies
• Be an ambassador for TRR, telling our story through relevant networks, evangelizing our service and shaping a compelling candidate experience

What You Bring To The Role

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience as a full-lifecycle recruiter with expert-level skills in Technical Recruiting and Talent Sourcing
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing recruiting sourcing strategies and actively building a pipeline of diverse talent, including active and passive candidates
• Experience handling and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
• A data-mindset to problem-solving and a comprehensive knowledge of recruiting strategies and programs
