About the Team:

Talent Acquisition at AppDirect is a nimble team of coordinators, recruiters, and talent operation specialists whose goal is to identify and attract the best talent on the market. We value speed, quality and communication to ensure that we are always providing the best service and experience possible, helping our candidates and organization reach its full potential!

What you'll do and how you'll make an impact:

• Work collaboratively with Hiring Managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent
• Create & execute recruiting and pipelining plans
• Screen resumes, interview candidates to determine fit and build strong relationships with external & internal candidate
• Use a pro-active, multi-modal approach to sourcing via social recruiting, networking, career events and job postings.
• Manage multiple job requisitions at a time
• Work with our recruiting team to provide a great customer experience for our candidates and Hiring Managers
• Participates in special projects/recruiting initiatives to continually up-level our recruiting best practices

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to build high volume pipelines in fast-paced, rewarding environment
• Passion for continually improving our recruiting processes using your data driven approach
• High sense of urgency and ability to work in dynamic environment
• Motivated by using a metric driven approach to building and maintaining a healthy pipeline
• Experience leveraging innovative methods to build out a company’s talent brand
