Sensor Tower is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter!

The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across the Technical Product, Software Engineering, and Data Science functions. This role is a true talent acquisition advisor to our uppermost engineering leaders, as they seek to build diverse teams that are technically advanced, engaging, and enjoyable to work with.
In this role you will...
- Connect with candidates at a human level to understand their most important values
- Help us build an excellent candidate experience that also gets to the heart of their technical knowledge and capabilities
- Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels.
- Act as a talent partner by educating leaders on market trends and best practices
- Negotiating from a place of understanding, to lock in a sense of "win-win"
- Market the employee value proposition to ensure candidates understand how their aspirations connect with what the company has to offer.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive software industry recruiting experience
- Proficient with managing the full recruiting process from sourcing to closing
- Established trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage and close candidates at every career-level
- Proficient with boolean searches: you know how to use the internet to your advantage!
- Knowledgeable in the latest approaches to finding great talent
- Experience influencing changes in internal recruiting processes and systems
- Experience mentoring / training team members.
- Deep interest in developing global hiring practices
