The Role
We are looking to add a Senior Technical Recruiter to the US regional team, with a focus on supporting our Engineering Teams. The role will be influential in driving the strategic planning process and operational outcomes by providing insights and decision support for recruiting efforts.
Who You Are
-Results-oriented Technical Recruiting expert with expertise in Engineering hiring
-Experience hiring for roles of all levels and various functions throughout a technology organization
-Experience in reporting on key funnel metrics to executive stakeholders regarding recruitment performance
-Passion and experience in developing diversity recruiting strategies with exceptional results
-Ability to identify and establish recruiting partnerships to accelerate talent pipelining
-Experience driving recruiting events to develop key talent pipelines
-Demonstrated success in improving and evolving recruiting processes and systems
-Thought partner with Tech Leadership team to develop and drive Talent Acquisition strategy
-Demonstrated success in building candidate experience strategies
What skills do you need
-5+ years of fast-paced, high-volume technical recruiting experience
-Demonstrated success in a high-growth tech company or startup environment where you have successfully scaled engineering teams
-Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to navigate competing priorities
-Experience hiring for both junior and senior-level engineering and product talent in extremely competitive markets
-Technical expertise and deep understanding of tech stacks, competitive landscape, terminology, trends, and products
-Demonstrated success building diverse talent pipelines of top talent at an ambitious pace
-Ability to identify untapped sourcing channels that support robust and diverse talent pipelines
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent follow-up skills
-Ability to thrive and produce key results in highly nimble and fluid environment
-Experience working with Lever is preferred
