Sisu leverages the massive amounts of data available within private, first-party data warehouses, which capture a real-time, structured view of organizational behavior. By monitoring the performance of key metrics like revenue, retention, and churn, and their relationships to interactions between key factors like user demographics, campaigns, and acquisition channels, we can help users make better decisions. The key problem Sisu solves is to help identify what’s driving change among this enormous feature and hypothesis space. To do so, we combine statistical analysis and machine learning at scale to provide users personalized, real-time diagnoses of changes in their metrics via an explainable, interpretable user interface.


About the role: 


We are looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter to support our engineering teams and help us scale hiring. You will be one of the first recruiting team members and will help guide and influence our recruiting strategy at Sisu. Initial focus will be primarily on hiring engineering talent and you will partner with recruiting and hiring managers to continually raise the bar on hiring. You will also have the opportunity to work on strategic projects to improve and innovate how we attract and recruit the best talent because we know that there's always a better way!

What you'll accomplish

  • Candidate Experience: Build strong relationships and proactively communicate throughout the hiring process to create a great experience for each candidate
  • Stakeholder Management: Strategically partner with hiring managers to better understand their role, their team, and their immediate and long-term hiring needs by using metrics to inform search strategies and keep stakeholders up to date on recruiting progress 
  • Pipeline Management: Build a pipeline of candidates from a variety of channels (e.g. Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn, Sourcing Sessions, Events, Social Media, etc.). Create diverse pipelines and coach hiring managers on how they can support developing a more diverse candidate pool
  • Process Improvement: Always look for opportunities to improve processes and Iterate Towards Greatness 
  • Metrics: Develop & leverage metrics to inform recruiting decisions, comfortable establishing and reporting on goals
  • Results Driven: Understand motivations and timelines of candidates and act quickly to drive results

What you'll need to be successful

  • 5+ years of success in Talent Acquisition as a technical recruiter or technical sourcer; having experience in both is preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with funnel data and using it to guide hiring decisions
  • Partnering with a wide variety of clients, including senior level business leaders and seasoned professional candidates
  • Experience hiring in an organization focused on cultivating a diverse workforce
  • Previous experience articulating the benefits of working at a fast-growing start-up organization
  • Track record of consulting with hiring managers to build impactful, high performing teams
  • Previous success supporting projects that magnify recruiting impact e.g. metrics & reporting, DEI initiatives, employer branding initiatives, etc.
  • Strategic thinker with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
