The Role 

Lark is seeking a strong Senior Technical Recruiter to support the growth with our technical teams.  In the role you will work with engineering and product leadership to source, screen and present qualified talent that align to the specific organization roles.  You will need to have deep experience recruiting hard to fill technical positions. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Recruiting background successfully filling difficult engineering, product and IT roles
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects and customer relationships
  • Partner with various hiring managers across the organization to execute hiring plans to include pre-intake meeting research, intake meetings, hiring manager calibration, and effective offer process management
  • Drive hiring manager engagement through effective communication, candidate quality, and process management to build trust as a trusted advisor
  • Identify and prioritize recruiting sources and networks and build a pipeline of candidates
  • Outstanding account management skills; managing the hiring manager expectations and shepherding the candidates in the process, creating a great customer experience
  • Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and specifications
  • Maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring candidate records and activity are current, experience with Greenhouse is a plus
  • Utilize data and metrics to track results and optimize the process
  • Passionate about communicating with people across a wide variety of backgrounds

  • Creative thinker who can generate innovative recruiting strategies
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement
  • Quickly prioritize and organize your time to get things done – often under deadlines
  • Proven track record of creative sourcing strategies to attract talent from direct competitors
  • Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  • Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
  • Know how to leverage sourcing tools and a CRM
  • Consistently deliver results
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10-15 years recruiting experience
  • 7+ years supporting a technical/engineering organization
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments is a plus

Working at Lark 

Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $132,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
