Quantcast is seeking a Sourcing Lead for our growing Talent Acquisition team. As champions of the free and open internet, Quantcast provides brand marketers and publishers with meaningful audience insights, predictive targeting, and measurement solutions across the customer journey. We simplify the complexities of advertising technology.

 

How is this done? We use machine learning to drive human learning and we built one of the largest computing infrastructures which collects a constant stream of data from over 100 billion events a day across 100+ million directly measured destinations. With all this data and insights, we need YOU to keep us on the front edge of our technology. 

 

As a Sourcing Lead, you will partner with our Talent Advisors (recruiters) and Hiring Managers to identify, attract and secure top technical talent for engineering, IT and product roles. We’re committed to nothing less than an awesome candidate experience from start to finish! 


Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization
  • Lead, mentor and coach team of sourcers geographically dispersed across the globe
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for non-technical and technical positions including diverse and underrepresented applicant pools and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
  • Extract, use meaningful and relevant data analytics to develop and execute on new and more efficient sourcing solutions
  • Provide metrics weekly to track the global sourcing team’s performance and success
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications
  • Track and monitor pipeline activity daily to share with internal stakeholders and identify improvement areas based on reports and insights 
  • Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open source communities with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Innovate and drive diversity sourcing strategies using various tools to help influence clients
  • Select, evaluate and manage sourcing vendor partnerships
  • Support and participate in Talent Acquisition projects as needed
  • Deliver and provide exceptional care for all Quantcast candidates

Requirements

  • 3+ years of deep sourcing experience (hi-technology- industry experience highly preferred
  • Able to develop effective and tailored sourcing strategies independently and in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to achieve success
  • Advanced candidate generation and research technique abilities
  • Successfully builds trustworthy and collaborative relationships 
  • Proven success of advocating for and championing talent to hiring managers Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and able to influence at all levels
  • Demonstrated success in generating, attracting and nurturing diverse applicant pools for both technical and non-technical positions
  • Meets or exceeds sourcing and recruiting goals consistently
  • Capable of solving unique problems quickly, creatively and collaboratively
  • Delivers a consistently positive, fair and respectful candidate experience for all

Recognizing the importance of flexible work environments, Quantcast has adopted a hybrid work model. The model gives employees the opportunity to work from home two days a week and work in the office for team collaboration for the remainder of the time. The effectiveness of the implementation may differ based on location or team, so please consult with your manager for further information. Through at least the end of 2021, we are providing additional flexibility, including relaxing the in-office schedule and offering flexibility around the number of days and which day one is required to be in the office. Hybrid employees can also work remotely for two weeks each year or apply for our fully-remote work program.
