We are seeking a SR. HR Business Partner to join our team! 

Key Deliverables:

-Help drive performance management and compensation practices so that our employees are accurately leveled and fairly compensated. Drive progressive thinking on what rewards programs should look like outside of traditional/ tired compensation practices.

-Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Must be able to conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

-Develop and deploy policies to serve the needs of the employee community.

-Provide intricate support for Human Resources services. 

-Define metrics for people programs and continually track; analyze to make improvements. Your insights will drive how we pivot our programs so that we maintain a healthy retention of our employees. 

-You will drive making sure we are at the forefront of compliance by researching and implementing the best solutions. This will make sure our employees can be heads down on their work and not have their time wrapped up with any compliance gafs.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results.

-Must come into this role with the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and ability to conquer a high volume workload. 

Key Qualifications include:

-A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience. 

-Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

-Knowledge of employment/labor laws.

-Proven track record of implementing and executing on people programs. Excellent communication and people skills.

-Willing to address difficult situations head on with patience and respect.

-Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.

-Self-starter able to conceptualize and drive initiatives forward.

-Able to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple, and sometimes changing priorities.

-Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Google Suite; HRIS systems.
