What we are looking for:
- A Sr. Systems Analyst who will be the domain professional for all People employee life cycle processes, including advising the People team, MasterClass managers, and employees on use of our HR Technologies and other ecosystem tools in support of our overall business operations.
- Someone who can partner closely with the Sr. Director People Ops, Director of IT and other key internal/external stakeholders to build a strong HRMS infrastructure and leverage the return on MasterClass’s HR technology investments and capabilities.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Serves as a subject matter expert and technical point-of-contact for People Operations. Acts as a trusted technology advisor.
- Manage HR Technology projects, upgrades, integrations, implementations and process improvements.
- Ability to work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles.
- Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions to issues that arise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science or related degree preferred.
