• Complete end-to-end ownership of your recruiting pipelines across the Product Management group
• Understand how business goals affect the full hiring landscape and anticipate how organizational changes may improve hiring needs
• Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them meet their hiring goals
• Educate and coach hiring managers in Company’s employment processes including interview techniques, selection process, and hiring system processes
• Recruit qualified candidates through sourcing on multiple channels, reviewing incoming applicants, and maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate

• 7+ years of inhouse recruiting experience
• Experience with partnering directly with Product Hiring Managers and maintaining a strong Product Management pipeline
• A commitment to and experience delivering high touch, outstanding service to our candidates and employees
• An openness to learning and incorporating new recruiting strategies and processes
• A track record sourcing and hiring passive technical talent
• A passion for diversity hiring and educating hiring managers on the importance of building a diverse and equitable pipeline
