Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Program Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the operations of Talent Acquisition; this includes, but is not limited to sourcing and scheduling candidates, pre-screening interviews, partnering with hiring managers to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment life cycle, and preparation of offer materials.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring that all parties are prepared for the formal interview process.
- Manage schedules and processes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining data integrity
- Source candidates from various job platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc., as well as leveraging referral networks.
- Assist Talent Acquisition team in obtaining applicant information, which may include resumes, profiles, and other work samples or materials in various formats.
- Monitor candidate pipeline daily to ensure all candidates move through the process in a timely fashion.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Maintain job postings including, but not limited to, internal job site, external company website, and external websites used for recruiting purposes
- Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting schedules and processes, identifying ways to be more efficient
- Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
- Demonstrate a high level of emotional maturity, flexibility, and responsiveness
- Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- Communicate professionally and with integrity – always maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience
Experience:
- 1-2 years in HR/Talent Acquisition role
- 1-2 years’ experience with People Systems (HRIS and/or ATS)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; outstanding internal customer service
- Integrity: Must be a self-starter and have proven ability to work well with little supervision & in teams
- Discretion: Understand limitations/boundaries
- Keen eye: Attention to detail
