Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager for operational roles is key to identifying candidates who are the right fit for our non-exempt or supervisory positions within Good Eggs Operations, including a match for our company culture. Using all methods available: sourcing, networking, advertising, pipeline building, events and job fairs to name a few, the Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with hiring managers and own all aspects of the hiring process. This role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruiting process, including the release of candidates. Additionally, this role champions on-going employment branding to draw candidates to Good Eggs

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with warehouse operations, kitchen and transportation teams to deeply understand hiring needs
  • Develop individual hiring plans that meet the demand for candidates, nuances and complexity of open roles
  • Leads recruiting projects such as employer branding, recruitment marketing, college recruiting, community outreach, sourcing tools
  • Creates and conducts job fairs in various locations in San Francisco and Oakland
  • Employment brand champion for the company
  • Partners with leaders to develop screening criteria and interview questions
  • Supervises a Recruiting Coordinator
  • Reviews resumes / applications, screens qualified candidates and presents candidates
  • Guides internal interview debrief and communicates status to candidates
  • Drafts offer letters and partners with hiring managers to extend job offers
  • Partners with hiring manager to create a smooth transition from offer acceptance to new hire on-boarding
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of full cycle recruiting, or similar experience, recruiting a non-exempt workforce
  • Strong desire to identify and connect talent aligned to our company mission, values and goals
  • Results orientation with strong organization, planning and follow-through
  • Exceptional written, verbal and phone communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a strong entrepreneurial, often changing environment
  • Knowledge of ATS and related software
  • Previous work with Google Docs and Excel
  • Bi-lingual a strong plus
  • Bachelor degree is a plus
