We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in San Francisco! This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a complex environment and who relishes the challenge of finding up & coming talent.

• You know all about working smart and helping a company to understand how to come up with creative techniques to attract awesome talent.
• You believe in always optimising operational process flows and looking for ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer-centric recruitment experience to all stakeholders.
• You are comfortable communicating with all levels and maintain your professionalism while representing the essence of our culture.
• You love the challenge of hiring elusive candidates, coaching hiring managers to improve the offer acceptance rate, and full-cycle recruiting in its entirety.
• You’ll work diligently to maintain data integrity in our ATS to report on recruitment data and metrics to ensure scalability of our recruitment strategies.
• You are a structured and organized individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and make high-quality decisions quickly.
• You enjoy being part of a team and believe in standing together: We’re a small, fast-growing team, so everyone needs to #StandTogether and share best practices to make Funding Circle even better

Experience we are looking for:

• Knowledge of the San Francisco market. You’ve either lived and worked here or have recruited for this tricky market
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment. We’re looking for someone who knows there way around creating an amazing candidate experience
• Relationship management skills are absolutely key to this role. Managing expectations of both hiring managers and candidates while delivering a best in class hiring experience for both sides will be vital to your success
