ROLE OVERVIEW

Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with company stakeholders and the HR team.  The ideal candidate will support the full scope of talent acquisition and engagement from sourcing candidates, building a network, developing a pipeline and talent management.  We are passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering an inclusive and innovative culture, and making Point an amazing place to work. This person reports directly to the Head of Human Resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for our highly talented team.
  • Source/screen passive and active candidates within a variety of career stages.
  • MUST BE VERY ORGANIZED
  • Analyze interview feedback, extend/negotiate offers, and close candidates for a variety of roles (e.g., engineering, sales, G&A)
  • Serve as a knowledgeable, personable ambassador of the company at career fairs, conferences, and other public-facing venues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, define sourcing strategies, and execute to hire the highest quality talent.
  • Lead interview panels through debriefs and support in making informed hiring decisions.
  • Maintain our ATS system and leverage data to keep hiring managers updated on recruiting and hiring performance.
  • Leverage your sourcing expertise to develop multiple sourcing channels creating sourcing strategies that result in a robust pipeline of the best talent.
  • Provide an exceptional level of speed and service to client groups and hiring managers.

ABOUT YOU

  • At least five (5) plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of closing high-quality candidates, especially in technical roles.
  • MUST BE VERY ORGANIZED
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Exceptional networking experience.
  • Proven competence in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and application tracking systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, ability to interact with all levels throughout the organization.
  • Team player paired with a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • The ability to go beyond your standardized templates because you genuinely want to make an excellent experience for every candidate.

Family Friendly
Point will top off California PFL earnings to full salary for up to eight weeks, as well as two weeks of fully paid leave to be available after exhaustion of CA PFL. An employee can take reasonable vacation time in addition to the California PFL leave. For employees outside CA, Point will top of PFL earnings in accordance with the state applicable leave laws. 

Work From Home Stipends
With employees working remotely, Point will provide employees a $50 monthly cell phone stipend and a $50 monthly internet stipend. In addition, we will reimburse up to $150 to help you purchase supplies for your home office.

Location

Currently with Covid, our offices are our homes, so we've got a variety of neighborhoods! Our office is centrally located off the PA Caltrain stop.
