We’re looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner to help with our tremendous growth at Komodo Health. Ideally, a recruiter who has experience within technology startups in high growth mode. This is an internal recruiting position for folks who can recruit high caliber mid and senior level roles roles. If you are passionate about recruiting, dedicated to partnering with your hiring managers and have a high motor this could be a great fit.

The Opportunity at Komodo Health:

The Talent Acquisition Partner is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team at Komodo Health. This role is both strategic and tactical, engaging and attracting great talent and optimizing systems and process foundation on which the TA team operates, focusing on scaling for high growth, efficiency, exceptional candidate experience regardless of outcome and innovative leading practice.

As one of the members of this business-critical team, you will anchor on the following:

  • The candidate experience is our North Star - No Exceptions No Excuses.
    • We review every applicant and referral within 72 hours - Every candidate deserves the respect of a response to their application
    • Manage applicant funnel and screen candidates for technical and cultural fit
    • Source passive candidates effectively. Bring your own personal touch, be creative in your outreach
    • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer (evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.)
    • Passionately curate an intentionally positive candidate experience throughout the entire candidate journey regardless of outcome 

What You Bring to Komodo

  • Tons of quality recruiting experience across multiple functions (Years of exp is not necessarily the same as quality of experience)
  • Passion for finding and engaging great talent
  • High motor high energy persona who can handle clients and candidates with honesty, transparency and a sense of urgency
  • You've done this before, built departments up from scratch and been part of a scalable recruiting process
  • Be a true consultative partner to hiring managers and an advocate of the candidate simultaneously
  • Be more than a one trick pony and able to find great talent using more than LinkedIn Recruiter

After 3 months, you will…

  • Successfully take ownership for your aligned business function
  • Have set up a process where every candidate and referral is reviewed and evaluated within 72 hours
  • Your Speed to Hire is 30 day or less 
  • Avg 3+ hires per month
  • Partner with Director of Talent Acquisition to optimize Greenhouse, including employer branding content and reporting
