Talent Attraction Program Manager

We’re looking for a strategic employer branding and recruitment marketing professional for our Talent Attraction Program Manager role. This is a new global role within our talent acquisition team with the opportunity for you to build and own our employer branding programs and talent marketing strategy from the ground up. We’re looking for someone who is ready and excited to jump in, own the role, and define what talent attraction should look like at TripActions and our talent attraction strategy for 2020 and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
- Start with tackling low hanging fruit to bolster TripActions’ employer brand and put together a strategic plan for larger, short and long-term initiatives
- Partner with our talent acquisition leaders and business stakeholders to understand hiring goals and develop a strategy to ensure we have a strong talent marketing strategy to achieve these goals while keeping diversity and inclusion top of mind
- Work with key stakeholders within the business to define and activate our employer value proposition
- Develop messaging, content, and manage our nurture strategy and campaign efforts
- Measure the effectiveness of our programs and campaigns in order to optimization for better yield and global scale
What We’re Looking For:
- You have a good balance between creative thinking and being data-driven
- You are a strong verbal and written communicator with excellent writing skills for both short and long-form content development
- You are passionate about storytelling with experience bringing employee and company stories to life
- You have experience working cross-functionally with different stakeholders across all departments; specifically with marketing, people operations, and talent acquisition teams
- You have experience managing social media channels and external web properties like Glassdoor and LinkedIn
- You have experience managing successful campaigns across various channels (digital and social)
- A plus if you have experience working with Greenhouse ATS and Gem CRM
- A plus if you have experience working closely specifically with sourcing teams
- A plus if you have experience scaling programs globally
- A plus if you have experience creating and executing an event/ conference strategy
- A plus if you have an undeniable passion for travel
