Talent Coordinator

We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our team and play an essential role in meeting our Company goals. As Talent Coordinator you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of recruitment including candidate pipeline status, ensuring positive candidate experience, scheduling, and events.
Responsibilities
- Candidate Life Cycle: assist recruiting team with hiring process: writing job descriptions, post posting jobs, maintaining candidate status within Lever (our Applicant Tracking System), reporting on key recruiting metrics, and closing job posts
- Candidate Interviews:schedule and arrange pre-screening and face-to-face interviews, and logistics between candidates, recruiters and interviewing teams
- Candidate Experience: ensure candidates have a great interviewing experience, be a point of contact for all onsite interviews. Compile interview packets, schedules and gather feedback from interviewers in a timely manner
- New Hire On-boarding: process candidate offers, preparing necessary communication and scheduling new hire trainings)
- Recruiting Events: plan and attend recruiting events including meetups and job fairs
- Employee Referral Program: administer the employee referral system, partnering with payroll to ensure referrer receives referral award
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a Talent Coordinator or similar HR role
- Experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- You have outstanding communication, organizational, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- You embrace change with ease and are comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience with Lever, a plus
- Previous sourcing experience a plus
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced work environment, startup experience, a plus
