What excites you

  • Own all aspects of talent development and management to ensure we are identifying, assessing and developing our employees to the best of our abilities
  • Ensure Plaid knows what skills it needs to be successful, and implement innovative ways of acquiring or developing those skills
  • Design and implement an exciting, engaging, and individualized skill development and career pathing experience for our employees
  • Advise leaders on organizational design and change management
  • Run a fair, objective, and streamlined performance evaluation process and build a culture of learning and effective feedback
  • Build best in class management and leadership development programs
  • Partner effectively with our People Operations and People Systems and Analytics team to implement an LMS
  • Eventually grow and lead a team of learning, development and talent development professionals

What excites us

  • 10+ years experience in Talent Development and Management at a global tech company
  • Experience in organizational development and effectiveness at a top tier consultancy
  • Passion for building a great employee experience
  • Expertise in a variety of assessment methodologies Impeccable communication skills; able to converse with academics and employees alike
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Masters in Organizational Psychology or Development preferred
