The Role

This is where you come in – a fantastic opportunity exists within Veeva’s Talent Attraction team for an experienced recruiting professional who is excited about helping to grow our marketing organization. This role will be focused on partnering with our Global Chief Marketing Officer and other senior marketing leaders to define our TA strategy for identifying and hiring the best talent in the world. What You'll Do

  • Be a true partner -- Work closely with our Marketing organization and Global CMO to define and prioritize headcount and candidate personas
  • Be agile and adaptable -- Manage the needs of multiple hiring managers concurrently, across a wide variety of roles
  • Identify and engage top talent -- Attract candidates that align with our needs, and be their point of contact throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with other members of the Talent Attraction organization -- bring in SMEs (Operations, Analytics, Talent Marketing) when necessary to help drive results
  • Go beyond the traditional bounds of recruitment -- Talent at Veeva is not transactional and hiring managers are a critical component of the process and your success.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on marketing
  • Understanding the competitive landscape of the marketing industry globally and how to research, develop, and execute against a plan to produce sales talent for immediate and future needs
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership (C-suite) around recruiting strategy and metrics/reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in tech/ SaaS environments
  • West coast time zone is preferred
