We are looking for a do-er and a strategic problem solver. As a Talent Researcher, you will employ creative sourcing methods with a focus on diversity and inclusion. You will partner with our recruiters to build and nurture diverse candidate slates and utilize our ATS and CRM systems to manage future prospects. You will have the freedom to experiment with new ideas to generate candidate pipelines and tell the Meraki story. This is a newly created position and will report directly to the Senior TA Global Strategy Lead.
What will you do:
- Creative sourcing
- Build, maintain, and nurture diverse pipelines using our ATS (Avature, Greenhouse) and CRM (GEM). Identify future opportunities that align with their experiences and interests.
- Use a variety of sourcing tactics and storytelling to discover and attract a diverse talent pool.
- Deliver a diverse candidate slate to recruiting teams based on current and future business needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Management
- Collaborate with recruiting partners to develop, message, and execute on creative sourcing strategies and talent map to identify talent.
- Assist recruiters and coordinators to bring the best experience for the individuals we meet.
- Assist leads on different sourcing/diversity ideas and tactics.
- Build and manage relationships with external staffing partners and act as point of contact for the entire TA organization.
- Program Management
- Assist in executing TA diversity programs across global recruiting.
- Industry Knowledge
- Bring industry trends, marketplace insights and competitive intelligence to help iterate our diversity recruiting strategies.
- Provide input to talent branding for social media recruiting and other internal/external marketing initiatives.
