About your team

Ike is serious about hiring and retaining highly productive people with equally high character. We want to build a team of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. To do this, the people operations team must carefully manage everything from recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, and ongoing engagement and training.

About your role

As Ike’s talent sourcer, you will be a key member of our people team responsible for identifying and engaging talent to help us grow our amazing team. You will partner with hiring managers to grow their teams and help us build our internal recruiting processes so we can meet our hiring goals.

About your work

• Collaborate closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of the needs of our company and team, and calibrate on the requirements for each open role 
• Develop and execute a strategy to build a strong talent pipeline
• Use unique and creative ways to seek out, engage, and activate top-tier talent 
• Develop Ike’s sourcing strategies, processes, and workflow
• Shepherd candidates through the hiring process to ensure an efficient process and positive candidate experience

About you

• Skilled at creatively sourcing talent without relying solely on databases, external platforms, or job boards
• Experience working in-house at one or more fast growth technology companies, ideally a startup
• Engaging people person with strong communication skills and the natural ability to quickly build rapport and trust
• Intellectually curious with the ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly and converse credibly with experts from all fields
• Meticulous, organized, and data driven
