We’re currently looking for:
We’re looking for a Design Recruiter to grow and scale our Design teams at RingCentral. You will be partnering with our design leaders to create innovative hiring strategies for our Product Design and UX Research team. This is a full cycle recruiting role, with a focus on building sourcing and recruiting strategies to hire for both current and future hiring needs.
Manage and support the entire recruiting process for the job requisitions from sourcing to offer acceptance
Leverage pipeline data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and team-wide hiring strategies
Partner with hiring managers and Design team to drive the recruiting process utilizing best practices and strategies.
Ensure our team is driving equity and fairness in our hiring processes; proactively identify and address potential bias or non-inclusive practices
Maintain data reports, Recruiting updates and performance metrics.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Proven experience managing full cycle recruitment and building sourcing strategies
Design recruiting experience is a must!
Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers with experience providing recruiting updates and driving results across an org
Proven track record of engaging passive candidates, building diverse pipelines, and providing inclusive candidate experiences
A data-driven mindset and approach to solving problems and drawing insights
A solution-oriented mindset – You see potential challenges as opportunities to learn and grow and apply creative solutions
Ability to work in a fluid environment while staying flexible, organized, and humble along the way
Expert experience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle
Working knowledge of ATS (Jobvite, Google Docs)
Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $78,000 and $116,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
