We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help expand our Technical Support team. In this role you will build a candidate pipeline of top technical talent. Our ideal candidates know computer networks and systems in a Linux environment. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley. Your contributions will impact our success as we double in size over the next year. 

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with the Technical Support team to collaborate during the hiring process.
• Leverage different platforms and sources to identify and engage top technical talent.
• Organize and host professional & university recruiting events.
• Manage a strong, consistent & high volume pipeline.
• Create persuasive job postings and proactive engaging messages.
• Track and document candidate communications in ATS (Lever).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (essential)
• 1+ years of Technical Recruiting experience (Agency experience a plus!)
• Builds rapport and trust with candidates
• Knows how to partner with Hiring Managers
• Experience managing a high volume pipeline of candidates
• Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast paced, start-up environment
• Commitment to excellence and top performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ambitious & career-oriented
