The Role
Step is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting efforts for a variety of roles across Engineering, Product, and Design. Hiring amazing talent is one of the most important areas for the entire company and this is a unique opportunity to join our recruiting team at an early stage. Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across various pipelines on Engineering, Product, and/or Design
- Work directly with Step's CTO, Founders, and the leadership team on recruiting strategy to attract and hire top talent
- Drive a variety of sourcing tools to engage passive talent in addition to owning inbound application buckets
- Create white-glove candidate experiences for all candidates that engage in the recruiting process
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience working in a dynamic, fast-growing company
- Care deeply about the experience of every candidate, no matter the outcome
- Passionate to get to know each candidate's background and motivations to align with company hiring needs
- Sweat the details to master your craft in recruiting
- Collaborate well as a partner to hiring managers across Engineering, Product, and/or Design.
