  • Build strategic relationships with global and cross-functional partners to drive improvements to the diversity recruiting strategy.
  • Be a talent consultant to hiring managers and the leadership team to fully understand the business, evaluate recruitment and operation effectiveness, and establish/maintain metrics and reporting tools. Use data to drive decisions and frequently report recruiting success and improvement opportunities to leadership.
  • Lead cross-team projects to completion which may include compensation analysis, site strategy, competitive intelligence, etc.
  • Build repeatable, scalable recruiting practices from scratch including structuring roles with hiring manager and team to optimize for efficiency and throughput.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable, personable ambassador of the company at conferences, tech talks, happy hours, career fairs, and other public-facing venues. Build and maintain a strong network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.
  • Develop, grow, and guide team members on key projects to enhance productivity. Build team morale and ensure compliance with hiring practices.

YOU ARE AN IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Ability to grow and manage a high quality pipeline of candidates as well as teach, coach and mentor others to be able to do the same.
  • Experience building recruiting processes from scratch using industry best practices for software engineering roles in particular.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience working with leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. Articulate ideas clearly and succinctly and deploy influence when necessary.
  • Experience prioritizing high exposure projects and driving them to completion with minimal direction.
