Technical Sourcer (Contract)

About the Role:
As a Technical Sourcer you will help attract our most valuable asset: our high caliber people. At KT you're expected, empowered, and supported to be your best and to grow professionally. Be prepared to move quickly, to engage proactively, and to think strategically. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong technical talent pipeline for our company’s current and future staffing needs. Contract may be for 3-4 months, with opportunity for an extension and/or possible f/t hire. Role can be remote within the US.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high caliber technical candidates
- Interact with professionals on niche platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow and AngelList), and social media
- Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting team to identify each position’s requirements, and facilitate referrals
- Create recruiting messaging and follow up with candidates
- Identify, measure, and report future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ YOE as a Technical Sourcer (agency or corporate)
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- Advanced sourcing training is a plus i.e.: Boolean Search, LinkedIn, AIRS certification, etc.
