Impact in this Role

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to fill a Contract role for up to 6 months. This person must be willing to work onsite in our San Francisco HQ office. The right person will be excited about working with a dyanmic recruiting team and bringing amazing talent to Fictiv while up-leveling candidate experience, efficiency, and quality delivery. 

We are seeking someone who is empathetic, approachable, and passionate about delivering an amazing employee experience! We're also looking for a team player and someone with experience in sourcing for highly technical roles -- for our internal Engineering team. In this role, forging supportive and productive relationships with all team members is essential, including those in remote offices and locations. The position is for a 6-month contract to help us fill critical roles within our technical organization.

Primary Duties

• High volume sourcing for our technical roles 
• Source, screen, schedule, and assist with candidate management for various technical roles 
• Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, help Fictiv stand out in an ocean of emails and conversations
• Reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best and brightest candidates
• Build a strong tech talent pipeline and work with the rest of the PeopleOps team to hire and retain our team members
• Develop creative strategies around sourcing competitive/exceptional talent, with a desire to grow and teach

Desired Traits & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a high-volume Technical Sourcer (primary focus on Software Engineers)
• Solid tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, strong research abilities and unafraid to ask questions
• Knowledge of Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System
• Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter with ability to hit weekly Inmail targets 
• Experienced with Sourcing metrics and tracking along with effective time-management abilities
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting elegant Boolean search strings)
• Passionate about assisting in creating amazing candidate experiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service oriented. Our People are our greatest assets and internal customers. The PeopleOps teams’ main focus is to best serve our people and facilitate an amazing employee experience.
• Self-directed. The ability to complete work in a timely manner without active supervision is paramount but similarly important is knowing when to ask for help.
• Previous experience working with a high growth company in a sourcing capacity, start-up environment preferred
