The Technical Sourcer will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of candidates for open requisitions as well as building pipeline for future hiring needs across technical teams including engineering, AI/ML, operations, and other business units. The Technical Sourcer will partner with Recruiters to attract, engage, and hire top talent for our technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Proven background is using innovative research and sourcing methods and relentless in the pursuit to hire for niche areas and "hard to fill" roles
- Maximize candidate leads through cold calling, alumni groups, job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
- Maintain a close partnership with recruiters and client groups to ensure the talent we provide meets or exceeds the bar at Sage.
- Provide candidates with an exceptional experience and ensure a smooth transition to the recruiter.
- Maintain candidate records in appropriate applicant tracking systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in a recruiting organization with 3 years minimum of sourcing experience using LinkedIn, advanced Boolean searches, social media, user groups, etc.; AIRS certification is a plus.
- Experience sourcing for a wide scope of technical roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineers, Data Scientists, etc.
- Understanding of various technical terms such as APIs, platform, infrastructure, PHP, MongoDB, React, Javascript, Jenkins, Docker, etc.
- Experience sourcing for cloud business application companies is highly desired.
- Ability to identify, evaluate and prioritize target companies.
- Experience working with an ATS; Jobvite is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
