The Role: 

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our People Ops team. As a Technical Sourcer, you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of high quality candidates by proactively sourcing for passive talent through multiple channels. You will contribute to the overall recruiting strategy by building strong relationships with technical leaders and Recruiters and identifying innovative strategies to qualify technical talent. This role will be based out of San Francisco.

What You’ll Do:

• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other channels to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
• Create strategic messaging and sourcing campaigns to proactively attract technical talent 
• Partner with Recruiters and technical hiring managers to develop strategies to qualify candidates for technical teams
• Input accurate data into the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) to ensure sourcing efforts are actively tracked
• Identify market trends through analyzing sourcing data
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and recruiters to create a consistent pipeline of candidates

What You Bring to the Table:

• You have 1 + years of high volume sourcing experience for technical roles
• You have experience building strategic messaging for proactive outreach 
• You have experience tracking sourcing efforts within an Applicant Tracking System
• You have exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and problem solving abilities
• You operate with a sense of urgency while maintaining an insane attention to detail
• You have the ability to learn new tools and grow in a fast paced environment
• You are comfortable handling highly sensitive and confidential information

Bonus Points:

• Experience developing drip campaigns through Lever Nurture, Gem, Resource, or other talent acquisition tools
