About you
As a Technical Sourcer, you are a key member of the an agile, fast-paced Recruiting team at Hippo with high visibility and daily executive interactions. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for highly technical and specialized positions. You will also be responsible for candidate sourcing and applicant screening as well as building a talent funnel and candidate engagement and key positions.
Responsibilities
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, StackOverflow and Github)
- Partner with hiring managers to determine position requirements
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
- Create a best-in-class candidate experience while guiding candidate’s throughout the interview process
- Partner cross functionally with Product, UX, Engineering & Insurance teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in a technical sourcing role with proven success metrics, either in-house or agency
- Strong technical skills using ATS and other recruiting software programs for candidate management
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a consulting or hyper growth company.
- Prior startup experience.
- Experience with Greenhouse.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field
