About the Role

We are looking for our first technical sourcer to join our rapidly growing team. You will partner closely with our engineering leadership to create robust talent pipelines. Reporting directly to our Head of Talent, you will be partnering closely with hiring managers, stakeholders and teams - enabling us to continue to attract and hire top talent as we continue to rapidly scale.

You will have strong sourcing experience, with an ability to leverage various sourcing channels, sell the Productiv opportunity to passive candidates, and ultimately find hard to reach candidates. 

Over time, you will help us to build a world-class team that can scale to support the company as it grows.

• You connect with and inspire others, with strong (but weakly held) opinions, big picture thinking, creative ideas, and with a bias to action 
• You act as an ambassador for the company culture, building relationships with employees, candidates, and customers
• You have familiarity with different recruiting systems (we use Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter and TalentWall, just to name a few!)
• You have 3+ years of recruiting experience across agency and in-house environments
