Talent sourcing is fundamental to our team’s ability to build diverse talent pipelines of world-class professionals.  If you are passionate about connecting talented individuals to amazing opportunities and find fulfillment in building out best-in-class teams, then this is the role for you.  

You will:

  • Build a strong passive pipeline of diverse talent through various channels
  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create, implement, and drive sourcing strategies for building top tier talent pipelines
  • Become a talent subject matter expert in the fields you are supporting
  • Use recruiting data to continuously measure, evaluate, and improve our talent pipelines and processes
  • Be the first point of contact and communicate with your candidates to ensure an amazing candidate experience
  • Promote our company and the Bond DNA

You have:

  • 1+ years of in-house talent sourcing experience (preferably in a start-up environment)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent boolean search string building abilities
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other recruiting tools
  • Excellent priority setting and time management skills
  • Maintain and regularly update talent pool in the ATS

You also likely have:

  • Experience with creative sourcing techniques and tools
  • Experience building pipeline for technical teams (Product, Engineering, and Design)
