The Curriculum (Your Role):

Seesaw is hiring a Technical Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team and work closely with our hiring managers to recruit top talent. This is a unique opportunity at a quickly growing start-up with a truly genuine mission. You will have an immediate impact on growing our Engineering, Product, and Design teams at a critical time for the business.

Subject Matter (Your Responsibilities):

• Be a thought partner with hiring managers and recruiters to develop a best-in-class sourcing strategy and help them find great candidates.
• Continue to develop and manage our sourcing process. This means partnering closely with recruiting and hiring managers on research and top-of-funnel market trends, and early-stage candidate management.
• Responsible for generating a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Own your candidate funnel, including tracking, management, and reporting.
• Help candidates understand why Seesaw is a great place to work.
• Help support our sourcing DEI efforts.
• Be an ambassador of Seesaw and Seesaw’s culture. Attend events related to recruiting, get creative with our employer brand on social, and help get the word out about how great it is to work at Seesaw.

Prerequisites (The Requirements):

• 3+ years of experience as a sourcer with an emphasis on technical recruiting.
• You have at least 2 years of in-house experience.
• You're a pro at developing creative approaches and using research to engage and source passive candidates.
• You've got a track record of hitting top-of-funnel hiring goals and forming strong relationships with hiring managers and your recruiting partners.
• You pride yourself on being organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and a strategic communicator.
• You're passionate about education and helping students, teachers, and parents.
