About the Job:
As a Sr. Technical Sourcer you will help attract our most valuable asset: our high caliber people. At KT you're expected, empowered, and supported to be your best and to grow professionally. Be prepared to move quickly, to engage proactively, and to think strategically. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong technical talent pipeline for our company’s current and future staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high caliber technical candidates
- Use social media networks to seek and connect with potential candidates
- Interact with professionals on niche platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow and AngelList)
- Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting team to identify each position’s requirements
- Influence candidate decision making by sharing our value proposition
- Create recruiting messaging and follow up with candidates
- Collaborate with internal and external networks to facilitate referrals
- Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
- Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
- Measure and report on recruiting metrics
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a technical sourcer (agency or corporate)
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- Advanced sourcing training is a plus i.e.: Boolean Search, LinkedIn, AIRS certification, etc.
- College degree preferred
