About this Role

Parsable is looking for a Technical Sourcer to join the People team. The Technical Sourcer will be integral to scaling our internal team, and should be resourceful, innovative, and focused on populating candidate pipelines with top-tier talent. You will partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure we are bringing in candidates who fulfill the necessary qualifications. You must be passionate about providing a smooth, positive, candidate-first hiring process. 

Responsibilities

• Source top-talent using innovative sourcing tools
• Track end to end pipeline progress 
• Develop key strategies to optimize our global candidate pipeline
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to understand the hiring needs of Parsable and goals over time
• Identify and engage passive as well as active candidates in the market
• Full-cycle sourcing
• Continually hit internal hiring goals to ensure overall success of Parsable 

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a technical sourcing role, preferably at startups and/or successful technology companies
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools, Greenhouse preferred
• Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
• You have a proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, challenging work environment while prioritizing multiple functions and managing time efficiently
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate technical and non-technical knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Knowledge of alternate sourcing platforms
• Exposure to HR functions i.e. reference checks/background checks
