The University Recruiting team is looking to add a passionate second member to this small but mighty team! You’ll partner with the University Recruiting Lead and leaders across the organization to fill early in career positions and have a hand in program planning for university programs. In this role you'll get the opportunity to do a little bit of everything– full cycle recruiting, develop/manage programs, and collaborate to plan student targeted events. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a big impact with early in career talent!
How you’ll contribute:
- End-to-end recruitment for university hiring, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience for an array of roles
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional partners
- Plan and execute student recruitment events
- Support university hires through their journey at Blend
- Oversee execution of UR program(s)
Who you are:
- Passionate about early in career hiring and building a diverse workforce
- Experienced in full cycle recruitment
- A strong communicator and have the ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring teams
- Comfortable presenting in front of large groups
- Someone who likes to think outside of the box
- Open to traveling when necessary
- Highly organized
