What are we looking for?

We are seeking a VP, Total Rewards and M&A to own and evolve our Total Rewards program. As the VP of Total Rewards and M&A, you will ensure SentinelOne retains its competitive position while maximizing associates’ productivity, engagement, and retention. 

What will you do?

  • Provide strategic direction, planning, and execution of our compensation, equity and  benefits programs
  • Develop communication materials and lead training designed to educate associates on company compensation philosophies and programs.
  • Partner with Global People business partners advising and influencing business leaders in compensation strategy, programs, and issues.
  • Strategize with the Talent Acquisition team to develop competitive offers rooted in market data while aligning with our compensation philosophy for new hires and existing employees.
  • Oversee equity program in partnership with Finance.
  • Ensure alignment with pay and benefits compliance to country-specific regulated programs.
  • Partner with CPO in preparing materials for Board of Directors compensation committee meetings and participate in meetings as required.
  • Manage the financial performance of well-being initiatives, such as developing and maintaining reporting dashboards with key metrics to be shared with internal stakeholders; developing annual budget estimates.
  • Drive M&A process for Total Rewards team including analysis and key transactions
  • Develop playbook and tools for providing scalable, repeatable and transferable processes for Total Rewards team 
  • Partner with Benefits broker to analyze and benchmark data and identify trends and best practices to continually bring new ideas and strategies to the health and well-being initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze data assessing opportunities, trends, and outcomes. Conduct ROI analysis and evaluate programs annually to determine if they are meeting objectives and recommend improvements.

 What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • BA or BS degree required
  • 15+ years’ relevant experience in compensation and benefits planning
  • Experience with Workday (advanced compensation) module a plus
  • Expertise in development of strategy and administration of compensation and benefits
  • Significant compensation and benefits plan experience, as well as tax and regulatory knowledge in varied countries and regions
  • Executive compensation/Compensation Committee experience a plus
  • Demonstrated understanding of the complexity of business on a global scale. Embrace cultural and individual differences with empathy. Work with the nuances of specific local cultures to make informed decisions 
  • Strong project management skills required
