Job Description:

Halo Industries, Inc. is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern: Recruiting Coordination to join our HR team for a rewarding internship experience. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable insights into the recruiting and selection process while working in a fast-paced environment focused on innovation in semiconductor technology. You will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and enhancing our candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

In this internship, you will assist with various tasks related to the recruiting process:

  • Coordinate scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
  • Assist in preparing interview materials, including candidate profiles and job descriptions.
  • Communicate with candidates through emails and phone calls to provide updates and manage expectations.
  • Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate information and hiring status.
  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job boards, networking, and social media platforms.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires by gathering necessary documents and ensuring compliance.
  • Conduct research on recruitment strategies and industry trends to contribute to process improvements.
  • Assist in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall candidate experience.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of recruiting processes and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned tasks.

Benefits

Salary Range: 20–30 USD per hour
