About the Role

We’re hiring a Post-Sales Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise onboarding and solution implementation through successful go-live. You’ll act as both a trusted advisor & product expert, obsess over our customer’s success, and own how they realize value with Levelpath. Your role will blend thoughtful strategy, detailed project management, hands‑on configuration, and training delivery.

In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll partner with enterprise stakeholders to map their procurement processes, configure Levelpath to match their needs, and ensure seamless adoption across teams. You’ll also play a critical role in optimizing processes and assets that support our implementation strategy.

This is a full-time position that will be based out of our San Francisco Headquarters.

What You’ll Do

  • Own enterprise onboarding and deployment of Levelpath from kickoff to go-live

  • Partner with the sales team to facilitate product demonstrations

  • Lead discovery workshops to understand customer goals, current-state processes, and success criteria

  • Design and configure tailored workflows, roles, data flows, and approval processes within the platform

  • Partner with engineering to facilitate and support technical integrations

  • Deliver enablement sessions and hands-on training to champion adoption across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT

  • Act as an extension of the customer’s team - managing stakeholders, aligning expectations, and driving milestone-based deployments

  • Present customer feedback and insights internally to shape roadmap and improve product

  • Maintain a proactive, problem-solving mindset to accelerate time to value and build long-term relationships

  • Support process improvement by contributing to playbooks, templates, and documentation for future scale

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years focused in post-sales implementation, onboarding, or enterprise deployment role with a B2B SaaS product

  • Experience working with large enterprise/strategic accounts and multi-stakeholder environments

  • Proven track record leading complex deployments across multi-stakeholder enterprise environments

  • Customer-obsessed mindset, providing consultative guidance on the way to successful launch of the platform

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS product configuration, workflows, and technical integrations

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to track timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple implementation projects

  • Excellent client-facing communication, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and outcomes

  • Comfort in working across functions and levels - from analysts to C-suite stakeholders

  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a bias for action and continuous improvement

While not required, it’s an added plus if you have:

  • Experience in the procurement space, with familiarity in sourcing, vendor management, or procurement operations

  • Background in client-facing consulting roles

  • Experience at an early stage startup

Benefits

  • 100% Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Flexible PTO, Parental Leave, Sick Leave

  • Competitive compensation and equity package

  • 401k

  • Commuter benefits

  • In-office snacks and Friday team lunches

  • Team-driven happy hours and celebrations

The estimated annual base salary for this role is $140,000- $190,000.
