Responsibilities:
- Develop and design robust and scalable software solutions using Python and/or Go, with Django or similar
- Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and meeting the specified requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, and other software teams, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the table
- Leverage your IT background to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues using software
- Ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and write unit tests to validate functionality against requirements
- Create comprehensive documentation for software designs, technical specifications, and user manuals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Software Developer, with a strong background in IT
- Proficiency in Python, Ruby and/or Go
- Ability to take on diverse projects and deliver innovative solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work on projects solo or with a team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with multiple programming languages outside of Python, Ruby, and Go
- Strong product management skills to self-manage your tasks
- Professional experience working in an Agile environment
- Linux programming experience
