What you will accomplish:

• Design and implement 1 or more features from conception to delivery working with stakeholders in Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Develop best practices and methodologies for Android/Kotlin development
• Learn/use agile methodologies
• Build responsive user interfaces
• Learn industry coding standards and best practices like documentation and testing
• Ship a project that will impact the lives of potentially millions of people

What we are looking for:

• Current undergraduate student (junior or senior), Bootcamp graduate
• Familiarity with the Android OS, preferably a user of Android
• Excited to work with a small interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience/familiarity with any of the following technologies is a plus but not a requirement:

• Kotlin
• RxJava/Kotlin Coroutines/Reactive programming
• Dagger2/Hilt
• Retrofit
• REST/GraphQL
• MVVM/MVP

• Legally eligible to work in California, Arizona, or New York 
• Available to start in May or June 2021 (remote internship)

Work Hours & Benefits

• This position is a full-time (temp), remote position lasting 12 weeks (40 hours/week).
