Backend Engineer Intern - Monetization
Unity is looking for a Backend Engineer Intern to spearhead initiatives on our Monetization Supply team. This team is a part of the team focused on building the next generation of Unity's monetization suite. As the leading development platform for online and mobile games, Unity is helping take developers’ creations further and faster than ever before. Unity Monetization enables developers to build a business through advertising, in-app purchase, and analytics. Our fast-growing business requires us to set up a dedicated team to handle integration work with an ever-growing number of partners, ensure smooth integrations, and system design of our integration architecture to satisfy extremely high availability and scalability targets.
- Enhance our backend services using Golang or Java
- Work to ensure high-quality delivery with unit and integration tests
- Interface with internal and external teams at Unity
- Write high-quality code that supports existing and future functionality of the product
- Experience in software development in Linux
- Knowledge of Go, Java, or Scala
- Experience in writing and reviewing application and test code
- Experience in API design and developing clean and maintainable code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience in data pipeline is a plus, but not required
