Job Description

Wish is looking to add an enthusiastic Content Reviewer Intern to our Content Operations Team. As a Content Reviewer, you’ll be expected to review content from merchants and users for compliance with Wish’s policies. If you’ve been searching for a supportive environment to chase your curiosity and use data to investigate the questions that matter most to you, this is the place.
What You’ll Do:

  • Review and evaluate merchant content for compliance with Wish’s policies
  • Think both quantitatively and qualitatively to evaluate and address unusual, harmful, or sensitive content
  • Identify and report issues, patterns, and trends on the platform
  • Develop innovative solutions to maximize content moderation efforts
  • Work independently to effectively prioritize and manage your time
  • Learn and use various internal tools to review and moderate content on the platform
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional teams
  • Assist with one-off projects as opportunities arise

Qualifications

  • ​​​​Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a BS, MS, or PhD in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or combination of relevant experience
  • Solid portfolio demonstrating mobile, product thinking, visual, and interaction design work
  • Experience with graphic and UI design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
  • Experience with prototyping tools
  • Ability to emphasize and build experiences for your audience
  • Strong, clean visual design sense
  • Able to work 40 hours a week from January to mid-April
