As an intern this summer, you will work with Instructional Design professionals and will be an integral part of the Customer Enablement team. The role will evolve and assume additional responsibilities based on performance, ownership, and ability to interact successfully with the business. This role will assist with both content development and project management duties that lead to nurturing relationships with Blend customers. We are looking for someone who communicates well interpersonally and in writing, is eager to take on new learning opportunities, and wants to contribute to the learning of others.

How you’ll contribute:

  • Assist instructional designers with content creation
  • Assist with administration of learning management system
  • Assist with project management intake and tracking
  • Attend regular virtual meetings to learn business background and offer perspective on customer enablement strategy 
  • Present progress summaries in weekly meetings
  • Build upon and improve skills such as communication, problem-solving, and objection handling for Blend employees, in particular for frontline staff

Who you are:

  • Pursuing a degree in Instructional Design/Graphic Design/Communications/Education with an expected graduation date in 2022
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven success partnering and collaborating across stakeholders
  • Experience taking fully online courses
  • Organized, flexible, and easily adaptable to changing conditions

Bonus Points!

  • Experience in graphic design, video editing, or digital learning
  • Experience with project management software
  • Expertise with Camtasia, Illustrator, or Photoshop
