Role: Customer Experience & Transformation Customer Program Intern

Location: Remote

About the Team
Zscaler's Customer Experience and Transformation practice is a 'white-glove' service that can help sales teams accelerate campaigns and provide strategic positioning for high-impact outcomes.
The global team focuses on CXO thought leadership and best practices using their personal experiences as previous executives to the hundreds of customers they talk to on a yearly basis. Gain practical experience with varied business activities, including shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with experienced business leaders. 

Responsibilities:

  • CXO Programs – Help in building the CXO Programs (CXO Summit, Roundtables, Women in IT Executive Roundtables, and more) assets, reporting, and assist in building content.
  • Process Documentation – Assist in building the central repository of previous Zscaler CXO speakers and make recommendations for improvements. 
  • Zenith Live 2021Assist in program preparation for CXO keynotes and panels – ordering books, managing spreadsheets, speaker profiles, and websites.
  • Assist in Growth of CXO Program – Research on competitors, industry leaders, and c-level programs around the world. 
  • Help launch new initiatives.
  • May perform additional projects upon request.

    Qualifications/Your Background:

    • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field for the duration of the internship
    • Experience with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Experience with Zoom
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
